What Does This Liver Function Test Report Indicate?

Hi, my age is 24,female..yesterday i experienced low bp and has wommited 4 times since..my blood test shows sgpt : 47 and sgot : 41, bilirubin direct: 0.3 mg/%..is this an initial stage of jaundice? M also experiencing right side abdominal pain..
Please suggest..

This is not initial stage of jaundice of liver disease. These are only slightly elevated liver markers and may be found in healthy people or sign of gallbladder stones. Also,some medications and diet may cause such chages in liver markers as well. So I dont think you should be concerned. You should do liver ultrasound and just check these findings in 1-2 months and see will it improve.
