Hello
I had gone through your reports and I will try to help you out in best possible way

Your liver enzymes are comparatively elevated which could be suggestive of either liver infection or liver injury and fatty liver
I would like to know whether you drink or smoke?

This could be due chronic alcohol consumption leading accumulation of fat in liver tissue and cause liver injury and elevates liver enzymes

You need not to worry, it's a reversible condition at your age, all you need to do is avoid drinking and smoking
Avoid fatty fried and junk food
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Multivitamin supplements and glucose water will hasten the recovery

Hope this answers your question
Thanks and best wishes
