What Does This Mean? The Left Mandibular Ramus And Body

What does this mean?
The left mandibular ramus and body demonstrate abnormal patchy hypointense signal on T1 and T2 nonfatsaturated sequences, and abnormal patchy enhancement after contrast administration. The left mandibular canal is poorly visualized when compared to the right mandibular canal on T1 precontrast imaging; after contrast there is enhancement along its course. There is mild signal abnormality in the soft tissues surrounding the left mandibular ramus and body, including thin slivers of T2 prolongation and enhancement in the abutting masseter and pterygoid muscles. No fluid collection or focal soft tissue mass is identified.
