consists of hemorrhagic tan debris to 1 cm ingreatest dimension. ESB, one cassette. What does this mean. FINAL DIAGNOSIS: ENDOMETRIUM, BIOPSY; - FRGMENTS OF ENDOCERVICAL GLANDULAR EPITHELIUM WITHFOCAL SQUAMOUS EPITHELIUM ANDAPPARENTSCANT FRAGMENTS OF LOWER UTERINE SEGMENT THIS IS WAS I AM READING FROM MY SURGICAL PAHTHOLOGY REPORT - WHAT DOES IT MEAN.

This is the initial part of surgical pathology report of the endometrial biopsy done.This part mentions the type of tissue and measuring 1cm and on microscopy shows the tissue from lower uterine segment which are apparently normal. If u give the last part of report too then I'd be able tell you what finally is the diagnosis .Take care!
