Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was in the hospital they found Adnexal with fibroids and the result was no pelvic Lymphadenopathy. I went to an oncology gyn and they are revising the MRI. The doctor said she had to do surgery but I don t know what type of surgery because my Adnexal start from the right ovary to the left ovary so far I haven t see the doctor to know if I still doing surgery.
Hysterectomy plus Salpingoopherectomy (removal of uterus and ovaries will be the probable treatment plan). Consult a gynaec oncologist and he will direct you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
