What Does This Pelvic USS Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor. Please kindly explain my pelvic USS result. Non gravid-anteverted uterus with clear endometrial plate and uniform myometrial echoes. Both adenaxae are free. POD contains very significant fluid . P.S: have been trying to conceive for a year now. Thanks

Hello,

Non gravid anteverted uterus with clear endometrial plate and uniform myometrial echos mean your uterus has no egg inside (pregnancy) anteverted uterus mean your uterus tilt forward at your cervix, and toward your abdomen. Most women have this type of uterus so it is normal.

Endometial plate is the layer in your uterus is normal. Myometrial uniform mean your uterus body is normal. Your adnexa contain avaries and fallopian tube and other organ they are also normal. POD is pouch of douglas fluid can be normal also can be abnormal. If you have any symptoms with pain you need to consult with your doctor.
