What Does This Pelvic X-ray Report Signify?

i just got a pelvic exray done and the results indicated i have scelerosis along teh superolateral left and right acetabulum and both superior hip joint spaces are slightly narrowed too i am just wondering how severe etc this is and what i am to expect to be done about it in the future

This is moderate arthritis and I would get an MRI scan next.
If you haven't had physical therapy yet you need that
