Hi had a abdominal, pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound Finding The gallbladder is surgical absent. CBD measures 11mm which can be secondary to post cholecystectomy change Hepatic length 13.3 cm. no focal mass or biliary dilatation. The kidney measures 9.9cm and left 9.9cm . Mild left pelvis tasks Impression Post cholecystectomy. Prominent CBD which can be secondary t o postoperative changes correlate with lab data Post TAH and BSO. Bladder post void residual in keeping with mild urinary retention.

1) your gall bladder is surgically removed & common bile duct is dilated probably due to absent gall bladder.
2)Uterus, fallopian tubes & ovaries are removed surgically.
3)Urinary bladder shows mild retention of urine in it after voiding.
4)Kidneys are normal.
5)No other abnormal finding.
