What Does This Pelvic Scan Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

Please, my wife and i got married July this year and now she s pregnant for about barely a month or so, we just did a pelvic scan and here is the result:- uterus is bulky and anteverted with heterogenous myometrial echopattern of about 70mm in A.P diameter- submucous fibroid on the fundal wall bodering on the endometrial layer of about 64x72mm- no significant fluid collection in the Pouch of Douglas.please i need someone to interprete this to us in a simple language and let s know what to do ahd where to raise concern.
