What Does This Pelvic Sonography Report Indicate And Suggest Treatment?

I am 42 yr old & the Pelvis Sonography test result is well defined cystic SOL 3.5 x 3.2 x 2.5 cm noted in right ovary. Its walls are sharp and contents are clear. No focal solid component seen. However, it also mentioned Left ovary is not seen Her Uterus was surgically removed 1 year back. Also the CA - 125 result is 9.50 Comment on the pelvis sonography is: Post hysterectomy status Benign/simple cyst in right ovary Dr please let us know what should be the treatment. I am also worried about not able to see the left ovary. I am in peace since it is benign. Your help will be appreciated. I am providing my sisters e-mail id since I do not have one. Thanks so much for your precious time and kindness. God Bless. Regards, Jayanthi
