Hello,
The report says following things:
1)
Uterus is retroflexed means it is tilted back wards. This is seen in about 20% of women. This may cause some pain and may pose difficulty in getting pregnant. But not totally unusual.
2) Endometrium is inner lining membrane of the uterus, the thickness of it is quite normal. This membrane thickness varies with menstrual period. It starts thickening based on the menstrual cycle phase. Later it is shed during the
menstruation as bleeding occurs in every cycle. Present membrane is normal.
3)One of the ovaries has more cysts (fluid filled small bag like structures) that is a condition seen in some females known a poly cystic ovary (poly means more). Follicles are cells seen or present in the ovary. These cells get converted to ovums or eggs, of which one or two are produced during menstruation for fertilisation. However, in females with poly cystic
ovarian disease ovulation is affected, causing difficulty in getting pregnant.
