General & Family Physician, Dr. Piyush K's Response
Welcome to health care magic. I understand your concern. Myoma is a benign growth of smooth muscle in the wall of the uterus. It is slow growing and usually cause no complains. It is NOT CANCEROUS. Complains if any are increased vaginal bleeding pain and bleeding after intercourse, pelvic pain and enlarged abdomen. Previously hysterectomy was only option available but now MR guided procedures are available. i would advice follow up with these reports with a gynaecologist for opinion. Thanks and regards.
