What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I was having irregularperiods ...so I was recommended an ultrasound which stated that my both ovaries are bulky n multiple tiny sub capsular follicles are seen in both ovaries n the ovarian storma also appears right ovary measures volume 8.5 cc and left measures volume 5.9 cc.is it a matter of concern.
