What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Scan Report Mean?
Pelvic scan says a non bulky anteverted uterus measuring 101x41x56 mm is seen with. Uniform myometrial echotexture d endometrium appears thin and regular measuring 6mm no sonological evidence of cyesis seen both ovaries appear normal both adnexae appear free moderate free fluid collection noted in the POD. Pls I need explaination on this is everything normal?

I really appreciate your concern, this are very common finding seen in most of the female patients and it does not indicates any disease but it need to be clinically correlated for which the scan being done else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
