Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the
ultrasound report you have given.
1.
Gestational sac is present but is irregular.
2. Yolk sac is present and
fetal pole is identified, but fetal heart beat has not been detected.
3. CRL (Crown-rump length) is measuring 0.2 cms is less as it should have been between 1 to 2 cms, according to the
gestational age as per LMP.
4. Findings are suggestive that the pregnancy is about 6 weeks, which is less as per the LMP. Hence it is suggestive of 'missed abortion' (
miscarriage) as, unfortunately, the pregnancy doesn't seem to have picked up as expected. It may be correlated with measurement of beta hCG hormone levels in blood.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the reports for further management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
