What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi Doc,I usually have 26-28 days cycle. I had my first period last july 19 - 23. may due date would be on August 15th. I had a brown discharged on august 15 night around 11pm. I thought that would be the start. but the following day it stopped around 12 noon. then gone. I had a pregnancy test last august 18, it came out positive. then the following day I gave a visit my ob and a transv. as per result there is no found sac yet. slightly enlarged anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium (1.7), normal ovaries. my lower back hurts but nothing untolerable, i had spotting since yesterday until taday but super light as in just a drops. what could that be? is it a possible infection detect? its my second baby. during my first baby i found it out on my second day delayed ( it came out positive) then the test saw a little sac but nothing yet inside, after 3 weeks we came back it s already confirmed that i was really pregnant. i was wondering what could be with my second preganancy ?

Hello,

Since you have a positive pregnancy test, you need to relax & stop taking any stress. Avoid doing heavy work.

The spotting that you see is due to implantation bleeding, nothing to worry. Backache is normal at this stage.

Wait for a couple of days, the spotting should stop & you should get the symptoms of pregnancy.

If bleeding/spotting continues, you need to visit your treating obstetrician, get physically examined. Get USG (Uterus) done to evaluate the progress or any pathology (tube pregnancy, PP, AP, etc) in pregnancy.
