What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Indicate?

Hello... Well i have 2 queries one is for myself and second is for my 4 months daughter. In scan dr found my right ovary cystic measured as 2.5×2.5 After my operate for delivry i am suffering from very heavy periods(heavy bleeding). Is it because of ovarian cystic ??? Is it harmful for me ? And for my baby Second problem is my daugter is suffering from diarrhea since past 7 days i am giving these medicians which are mentioned below along with low osmolar ors but still they arent stot. Medicians are : Protexin restore infantx formula sachet. zincat od syrup bonnisan syrup gripe water folic acid Please do reply me fast
