What Does This Pelvis Ultrasound Indicate?

I recently had an ultrasound of the pelvis transabdominal/transvaginal and the impression is at follows:

NO major changes noted from the previous examination with several fibroids in the uterus. Right ovary not seen endovaginally but seen transabdominally and appears unremarkable. Left ovary not seen. Endometrial echo is mildly prominent. Small amount of fluid is noted in the cervical canal. I had a biopsy done in 2013 as well as endometrial ablation to rule out uterine cancer. Would these current findings be something to be concerned about. I have an appointment to see the doctor this Friday to go over the the results. Last ultrasound was done in 9/14 and he wanted me to have another one this year to follow up whether or not I should undergo hysterectomy. What would your opinion be in this matter.
