I had an pelvis ultrasound The results were, uterus appears normal=5cm Ther is no visible uterine masses or fibroids noted Lt ovarian cyst noted=2.1x2.6cm Mild free fluid noted No visible pelvic or iliac fossa masses noted Assessment, features are in keeping with LT ovarian cyst and PID

everything is normal but there is left ovarian cyst. and pid. for ovarian cyst you have to take ovulation stimulating drug. for pid have to go for MRI and consult or tho and neurosurgeon for assessment and necessity of surgery
