What Does This Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level Indicate?

Hi, my husband has a history of diabetes in his family, but he has never been diagnosed with diabetes. But I been checking his blood sugar daily, and today after dinner and dessert his I checked his blood sugar and it was 458 but he says he fine. Is this a concern to take him to see the doctor about it??

oh...thtz quite high blood sugar...dont worry check once for fasting glucose and also hbA1c ... they are confirmatory tests for diabetis...if still found out of their respective ranges...consult a diabetologist and start with appropriate medication and lifestyle modification...
