What Does This Prognosis For Mammogram Test Indicate?

I had my mammogram this past June and it was normal. I now am with a new Gynecologist and they wanted to see my mammo s for the last 5 years which they did. They want me to go for my mammo in July but they say the problem is Encounter for screening mammogram for malignant neoplasm of breast what does this mean?
