hello,
9th day of your cycle is where in the endometrium is getting rgenerated to allow for implantation after ovulation if fertilisation occurs. Your ultrsound shows normal ovaries. Both your left and right ovaries show multiple small follicles in which the ovum is placed in the ovary. The thickness of the endomertium is around 9 shows good activity of the harmone. Also there is no free fluid in the abdomen or pelvis ruling out any infection, ectopic pregnancy or rupture. However a ultrasound is a anatomical correlation. It has to be supported with a clinical examination history and a few blood tests like serum LH, FSH etc to diagnose a problem. I would advise you to visit a gynecologist in case of any symptoms with the ultrasound report. This wil aid to diagnose things better. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
