Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 61 yr old male and exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes on a stationary bike. The arms on this bike move as well. I usually get my heart rate between 140 and 150 beats per minutes. My resting heart rate is between 55 and 60. Is this a good target zone. Thank you Dale

Hello, OK, this result is quite normal. The rest heart rate is 50 - 60 b/min shows. That you have a good metabolism. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
