Hi, Welcome to HCM. The result says that this HIV test is negative. But it does not rule out HIV infection as during window period, test may come negative. Hence, you need to get tested for HIV again after 6 months, with two different methods to be sure that you are negative for HIV infection. Hope the information will be useful.
