What Does This Result From MRI Of Leg Indicate?

Dear doctor, I have pain in my left lug and conducted MRI scanning. The report is as under. Do I need immediate surgery or is there any non surgical procedure Disc - dessication and psterocetral extrusion in L4- L5 level causing indentation of thecal sac and bilateral lateral recess narrowing (right>left) and neural foraminal narrowing,type II endplate changes noted .Disc dessication and defuse bulge noted in L5- s1 level causing mild indentation of thecal sac .Rest of the vertebral body show normal height, signal intesity and aligment
No focal lesion in vertebral body and postetior elements Visualized sections of spinal cord normal,Spinal cord ends normally
para spinal region is normal,with warm regards
