Hello,
You are having elevated level of

trans fat, full fat dairy products. Take well cooked vegetables, lean meat, small fish. Take fruits, berries and nuts in moderate amount.
Avoid smoking, do not take alcohol and stay away from addictions if any. Your report also shows elevated ds DNA antibody indeterminate, you have rashes on your arms with achy upper body, it may be indicative of lupus, Sjögren’s syndrome,
systemic sclerosis, mixed
connective tissue disease. You should get connected to a GP or a
Rheumatologist for further management.
You can apply a thin layer of
hydrocortisone cream on the affected area for relief. You can take antihistamine, one daily at bed time, for 3 (three) days.to get relieve from cough and
laryngitis. Give voice rest, take sips of water and keep a cough lozenge in the mouth to prevent drying of the mucosa. Dry mucosa triggers cough. Take liquid or semi-solid food so that you do not hurt your throat mucosa. Take warm beverage and soups.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
