What Does This Result From Chest X-ray Indicate?

Hi.I have been through medical examination for australian immigration. In the chest xray report it says that mild accentuation bronchovascular markings (LT 1st intercostal space shadow in PA, likely along vascular markings apical view)what does it mean?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The X-ray chest is showing accentuation or prominence of vascular markings.
Prominent vascular markings do not signify any disease process.
They can be present normally on X-ray chest.
Besides this, there is some kind of shadow in 1st intercostal space.
However, no further details of this shadow are mentioned.
You need to consult your radiologist for further details of the shadow.
Thus, post details about the shadow for more information.
However, there is nothing significant on the basis of above mentioned findings.
