What Does This Result From Chest X-ray Indicate?

Hi I have done my chest X-Ray during routine general body check up and also during cardiac check. All other test results were normal including TMT profile, ECG, 2D Echo, Blood test, Urine Test, Lipid profile etc however only in chest X-Ray there is one reading bilateral hilar prominence with prominent vascular marking what does this mean? I have no complaints and am asymptomatic.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the chest x-ray with bilateral hilar prominence with prominent vascular markings do indicate normal physiologic pattern in many of the individuals without any underlying infection or inflammation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
