What Does This Result From Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hello Good Day, last january of this year i was diagnosed with PTB and the doctor suggested me to take medication for 6months which i did. Tom july 31 will be my last day for taking Fixcom3. On my first two months and four months of having my pills i did an chest xray and both of results shows clear, all clear. But yesterday when i had my last xray test the result was Suspicious ill-defined left upper lobe densities. Suggests epicolordotic view . Can you please help me figure out what it was. Because it bothers me alot. Thanks very much.

As per my clinical experience, the chest x-ray report indicative ofill defined upper lobe density indicates
- pneumonia
- Fibrotic changes from the previous tuberculosis
- Fungal infection
