What Does This Result From Colonoscopy Indicate?

I recently underwent a colonoscopy and the surgeon reported that the results were reassuring. He reported the following Anus and rectum normal Colon: there was scattered diverticulti noted in the colon. The caecum was reached. The terminal ileum was intubated and normal. Three random biopsy were taken in the colon. ( I have not been advised of any adverse findings).I however continue to experience difficulty in processing food and intermittently experience discomfort in my middle tummy. What could be the cause of this and what do you think my next step should be?Thank you,
