What Does This Result From Echo Test Indicate?

I just got results of my echo test and I am concerned with the findings:Mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy,Mildy dilated left atrium,Mild mitral regurgitation,Mild tricuspid regurgitation,Can you please explain what that means? Why would I need to have a nuclear stress test if this report is nothing to be alarmed about?
