Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
What is the age of patient? Is there any associated comorbidity? Is there burning micturation? For how long he has these symptoms..
It seems to be nephritic or nephrotic syndrome.....but I can't be for sure due to deficient history..
You should consult doctor so that he can be examined and investigated properly...
