What Does This Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, i am 28yrs years and 32weeks pregnant but my scan says placenta position is posterior with grade 1 maturity, could you please tel me whether i would have c section or normal delivery ....also how do i need to make the baby position normal like excersise or way i sleep ...will this effect my baby position.

Hello, thanks for posting on HCM.
A posterior placenta is nothing to worry about,as long as it is not in the lower segment of the uterus. In such a case a normal delivery may not be possible.
Placenta maybe anterior/posterior/top of uterus, and there is nothing you can do or need to do to change it.
The baby's position (among other details are) more important to decide whether you will deliver normally or surgically.
