What Does This Scan Report Mean?

dear doctor, i have a small query i have irregular perioda and im undergoing treatment my doctor has suggested me to do Ultra scan Follicular study so for the past three days im doing but in my Lateral ovary position it is mentioned as TF can you please explain what it is

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Follicular study to monitor the follicle / dominant follicle for three days until rupture.
2.TF - what i could think of is transformation with small follicles surrounded.
3.I think if you have mentioned the detailed lines mentioned in report would have been helpful.
4.Generally 13mm- 17 mm follicle on both or one side will be sufficient to get pregnancy.
5.If the measurements corresponds no other causes of adnexa and ovaries the report will be fine.
6.If possible next time please write complete lines then easy to make out the possibilities. Good luck.
