Sperms come under sluggish motile, normally it's 40% (60 is good) in your case 30%, there may be physiological or pathological causes if this comes in 3 reports or in more then intrauterine insemination is option, IVF, ICSI, few vitamins and meds combination shown helps too. Consult fertility clinic or center. Eat fruits, juices, steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, and salads.
