I have sperm agglutination grade 1 (isolated) Progressive motility is 10% Total motility 30% No infection Liquefication 10min Viscosity normal Sperm conc.50,000,000 Sperm count 250,000,000 Whats your diagnosis for this ?? Is it asthenospermia?? Whats thr best treatment regimen for increase motility and treat agglutination??
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of this is matter of concern and some time it may required the biopsy, it may not be asthenospermia, I would advise you to repeat the test with abstinence period of at least three weeks, then you can see the urologist, structural abnormality need to be ruled out hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
