Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis report suggest that you have azoospermia. It means complete absence of spermatozoa. You should go for fructose test and testicular biopsy. If any obstruction is there then it can be cured by surgery. If production is defective then it can not be cured. Go for testicular biopsy and then take treatment accordingly.
