What Does This Semen Analysis Indicate?

Hello Dr?
I obtained the following as a test result for my sperm quality. Can anything be done to reverse the situation? My family is at the verge of collapsing because we`ve spent 6 years without any kid.
Special Instructions:
sperm count result shows: 9.700.000/ml,
Abnomalities: Pus Cells (++)
Gram:Pus cells (++)
Gram positive cocci (++)
Comment: low sperm count n an defective motility

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Infection present, requires treatment.
2. Testicular biopsy necessary, before further comment can be given.
3. Not to worry, even if low sperm count is present. IVF can be tried.
