What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi I have dome my semen report Microscopic Examination ----------------------------------- Total Sperm Count is 42 mil./ml. Actively Motile is 25% Sluggishly Motile is 35% Non Motile is 40% After 2hra % Actively Motile is 20 Is this my report is good or not? Pls give me suggestions if not good

Certain parameters are missing here, this could be oligospermia, but for final confirmation get done the semen analysis after abstinent period of at least week, then you would get the correct result, hope this information helps, take care.
