Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The semen analysis report shows presence of pus cells / white blood cells. Presence of pus cells suggests infection, thus, antibiotic treatment needs to be taken to clear the infection. A repeat semen analysis needs to be done after taking antibiotics.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
