As per my clinical experience, the semen analysis indicates abnormal morphology of the sperms, which may be of concern in various disorders such as: - Testicular dysfunction as chronic infection, tuberculosis or else - Seminal vesicles, vas deference issues
However, a status of testicular biopsy is must to be involved in the evaluation of this case once the hormone profile with serum testosterone, FSH, LH are evaluated.
