What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Sir my semen analysis report is as below volume: 2.00ml color: dirty white viscosity: viscous Reaction: Alkaline total count: 80 million/ml Motility: 75% Morphology: 98% WBC: Nil Clumping: + Comment: Normospermia. I am 42 year old will slim body. I request for suggestion whether my report is Ok or not. thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
After going through the semen analysis report you have posted, the following things can be concluded:
1. Volume is within normal range.
2. Physical characteristics like color, viscosity and reaction is alright.
3. Total sperm count is good.
4. Sperm motility of 75% is very good.
5. Morphology also seems good.
6. No WBCs indicates there is no infection
But the details of sperm morphology and fructose test is missing in the report.
Hence, based on the above features, it can be concluded that the report is normal and fertility index is good.
