General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is not normal. Presence of pus means presence of infection which needs to be treated by appropriate antibiotic course.

There is decreased sperm motility which would make it difficult for them to swim through the cervix to the tubes and fertiliser the ovum. See your clinician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH
