What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

I am sharing my semen analysis. Please indicate any abnormality or defeicency.. I am 30 years old and trying to father a child.. Quantity 3 ml Ph 7.5 Total count 82 mil/ml Live count 43 mil/ml Sperm/ejaculate 246 mil Percentage motile 52% Rapid linear prog 10% Slow/non lin prog 45% Non prog 45% Sperm morphology60% Wbc 1

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your semen report , you have 3 ml volume & 246 million count/ml which is above normal & good numbers. Only 10% are rapid progressive, 45 % are slow progressive & 45% are non progressive.

So all together your semen report shows that you might be suffering from Asthenospermia or low sperm motility. This might be cause of infertility problem you are facing.

This problem might arise from number of conditions like stress, nutritional deficency & some testicular problems.
