hi dr its ali here plz help me out abt my semen analysis .isit ok n enough sperm count for my wifes pregnancy .plz let me know i,m very worried i,m married for past 2yrs n my wife is still not pregnet yet.plese help me out now.thank May u b blessed. Alkaline liquification time.....30min viscosity ...normal sperm count ...110.0 millions/ml SPERM MOTILITY excellent ....40% good....10% poor....10% non-motile...40% MORPHOLOGY Head piece defect....25% mid piece defect...05% tail defect....10% pus cells.....2-4/hpf red blood cells ....... nil/hpf epithelial cells .....nil/hpf

Semen analysis looks at the amount of semen, the number of sperm in the sample, the movement of the sperm, the appearance of the sperm, evidence of infection.
The sample amount and the number of sperm were both normal.
The movement was also good. 40% had a normal appearance which is also good.
The pus cells indicate an infection may be present which may need treatment.
