What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi I would like an opinion in regards to what my husband can do he has been given his semen analysis report and has been diagnosed with asthenzoospermia, is there a good remedy or could you advise a good diet for him please also could you tell me currently what are the chances of me getting pregnant. Volume 0.5 Colour dirty white Viscosity thin Sperm count 55 Sperm motility at 15mins 40-15-45/motile -slightly motile - nonmotile Sperm motility at 1hour 30-20-50 motile -slightly motile - nonmotile Sperm motility at 2hours 20-15-65motile -slightly motile - nonmotile Sperm motility at 3hours 10-10-0.8motile -slightly motile - nonmotile Pus cells -numerios Immature forms 09 Structurally abnormal heads 05 Abnormal tails 04 Opinion asthenzoospermia

I really appreciate your concern, the semen analysis is not normal one but few parameters are missing here like fructose test and abstinence period, few things need to be done here first abstinent period it means get done the test again after the 15 days since the last ejaculation with fructose test, biopsy may be needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
