What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

ok, thanks. I have oligospermia, necrospermia and asthenospermia, volum is 2ml, no WBC and no RBC in the semen alnalysis. I toke alot of medicines like clomiphen citrate 50mg , Evion200mg, Surbex-z twicea day , multi vitamins and minerals, and some antibiotics for the treatment. also i toke Amp. testosteron twice, gonadil F, volumizer plus and many more but no benefit. can you help me what should I do next....? by the way my count is 10000 and motile is 30% and death is 50%....

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What medications you have taken is right and things should have improved with it if at all, but unfortunately, the count of 10000 is very less and motility of 30% is also less than normal.
There is no other choice left and your fertility remains to be less than normal.
In case you are trying for a child, it would be better to go for assisted reproductive techniques like intra-uterine insemination (IUI) of invitro-fertilization (IVF) than trying naturally.
