What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

semen analysis report:
volume :2.0ml
liquifaction:completely liquified
reaction : alkaline
total sperm count : 16.5 million/ml
morphology : 60% morphology abnormal
active motile: 20%
feeble motile: 20%
non-motile: 60%
sperm clumping : absent
pus cell: plenty
epithelial cell: 0-1/HPF
R B C : 0-1/ HPF
comment: oligozoospermia with infection.

what is my problems? is it harmful for me? I need help please.

Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your semen report , you have 16.5 million sperm count/ml Which is low . As per motitily, Only 20% are active mobile, 20% are feebly mobile & rest are dead. As per shape 60% are of normal shape & rest are of abnormal shape
There is abundance of pus cells & few no of epithelial cells & RBC present.

So all together your semen report shows that you have oligospermia that is decreased sperm count & asthenospermia which is reduced sperm motility. These may be the reason of Infertility problem you are facing. Also there is some genital tract infection.
