What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Age is 38

color is grey white
reaction is allkaline
liqefaction time is 30 min
active motality is 15%
sluggish is 20%
non motile is 65%
sperm count is 68 millions
normal forms 96%
abnormal forms 04%
others is PUS Cells : 2-3/HPF
Impression : Asthenozoospermia

the above are my Sperm Analysis report obtained from diagnostic center, please suggest or advise me is it possible for me to become a father.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your semen analysis report you have Sperm count of 68 million per ml, which is normal. As per motility, active motile sperms are only 15%, sluggish motile are 20 % & rest 65% are Dead. According to shape normal forms are 96% & abnormal forms are only 04%. There are 2-3 pus cells/HPF which are not significant.
So all togethar according to your semen analysis, you are suffering from Asthenospermia or low sperm motility. This might be reason of infertility problem you are facing. This problem can arise due to many problems such as metabolic deficiency, abnormal liquification of semen , testicular problem etc
