General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The count and morphology (structural features) are normal.
The motility (ability to move and fuse with the egg) is low and hence we have to look for underlying causes like varicocele.
Consult a urologist and get evaluated.
If your partner fails to conceive normally, newer techniques like IVF and ICSI may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
